Partnership Benefits

We reward strong partnership performers by proactively supporting and promoting them to our current and prospective customers. Partners also have access to in-depth product information, including support for new releases.

One key benefit of partnership is educational resources, including Partner Certification Training, which is a comprehensive program to develop deep expertise in our TMS.

Reseller partners also can leverage our Partner Portal for opportunity sharing and lead pipeline management. This portal integrates directly with our CRM system to facilitate easy exchanges of information, as well as detailed tracking and reporting.

Partnership Requirements

MercuryGate collaborates with companies that can bring something unique to our partner network and our customers. Each type of partnership has different qualifications and benefits:


Members of our MercuryConnect partner program provide complementary technology integrations that extend the functionality of the MercuryGate TMS. These partners work with our development teams to provide technical support for integrations, and also contribute content to support our omnichannel partner marketing program.


Our reseller partners are typically super users of our products and have developed expertise in implementations. Reseller agreements are individually negotiated. Partners who complete the Partner Certification program through MercuryUniversity achieve Certified Reseller status.


Although many consultants in the TMS space already recommend MercuryGate, our Consultant partners are recognized for their advanced expertise. Due to the nature of this partnership, it is recommended that companies complete the Partner Certification program. Certified Consultant Partners are those who have successfully completed the program and have been engaged on at least two successful customer implementations.
